Engineering services & technical maintenance
From technical audit and design through transmission-line construction and complex project management to 24/7 support. Our own engineering team, any brand. Consulting and design can be commissioned on their own — buying equipment from us is not a condition.

01
Engineering & consulting services
These are commissioned separately. Buying equipment from us is not a condition — clients often order only an assessment or a design.
Technical audit and expert assessment
Condition assessment of the existing system, load measurement, identification of risks and bottlenecks. Findings delivered in writing.
Defining technical requirements and needs
What you actually need and to what parameters. Drafting the technical specification for a procurement or a tender.
Design
System design: capacity, topology, controls, cabling, ventilation, fuel system, sound attenuation.
Infrastructure and energy solutions
Site-scale problems — power supply, backup power, transmission lines and supporting infrastructure.
Technical support regulations: development and rollout
Writing the maintenance regime for systems and infrastructure: what, by whom, how often. Then rolling it out and training the staff.
Technical consulting
An independent technical opinion on a specific decision: evaluating a purchase, reviewing a supplier proposal, comparing alternatives.
This list is not exhaustive. If the problem touches energy or industrial infrastructure, ask us.
02
Energy infrastructure and high voltage
This is not equipment supply. This is grid work — 300+ km of transmission lines and infrastructure built by our own team.
Transmission line construction
New lines — from route preparation through towers, stringing and energisation.
Line restoration and rehabilitation
Restoring existing lines after failure or wear; recovering and increasing capacity.
Transformers and distribution nodes
Maintenance, repair and modernisation — substations, distribution nodes, protection relays and automation.
03
Project management, quality and metrology
The main risk in a non-standard project is not the equipment — it is control of execution. We perform that function separately, including over another contractor's work.
Delivery management for complex projects
Coordinating a multi-contractor project: stages, dependencies, deadlines, handover.
Performance and quality monitoring
Independent technical supervision: whether the work performed matches the design and the standard.
Full spectrum of works assessment
Assessment of volume and quality, technical opinion — for handover, for a dispute, or to justify a procurement.
Standardisation, metrology and quality
Bringing a measurement and quality system into a non-standard project: what is measured, with what, to what accuracy and who is accountable. Then managing and rolling it out.
04
Supply, installation and operation
Once the decision is made, we deliver the whole thing with our own team.
Equipment supply
Delivery of the selected configuration from the manufacturer, logistics and customs.
Installation and connection
Foundation, installation, integration into the existing electrical system.
Commissioning
Load testing, control configuration, technical documentation.
Maintenance under contract
Scheduled work at a fixed frequency and price.
24/7 call-out response
Response to an emergency within the time defined in the contract.
Spare parts
Original parts stock and supply.
What we service
The origin of the equipment does not matter. If it is on site, we work on it.
Diesel generators
Standby and prime power, synchronised sets of up to 8 units.
UPS systems
Online VFI and other topologies, battery banks.
ATS and controls
Transfer switches, controllers, remote monitoring.
Compressors
Screw and scroll compressors, pneumatic systems.
Pumps
Industrial pumps and pumping stations.
Forklifts
Warehouse and industrial material-handling equipment.
We service any brand — including equipment purchased from another supplier.
Maintenance contract
Three packages. Choose by how critical the site is — not by the price of the equipment.
Basic
Standby power, non-critical site
Extended
Business site where downtime costs money
Critical
Data centre, clinic, continuous production
What the package includes
| Basic | Extended | Critical | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scheduled visits | 2 / year | 4 / year | 12 / year |

| ATS and controls inspection | |||
| Battery diagnostics | |||
| Spare-parts priority | |||
| Written technical report | |||
| Standby unit during downtime |
Price depends on the number of units, capacity and site location. We quote after the audit.
Response times
These times are written into the contract. Without a contract we work on call-out, in order of the queue.
| Basic | Extended | Critical | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phone / remote response | business hours | 24/7 | 24/7 |
| On site — Tbilisi | next business day | 4–8 hours | 2–4 hours |

Frequently asked questions
- How long does a generator installation take?
- A standard installation usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the site.
- Do you service equipment we did not buy from you?
- Yes. We work on any brand. During the audit we assess the condition of the equipment and tell you what maintenance covers and what needs separate repair.
- Do you take on non-standard projects?
- Yes — transmission lines, substations, distribution nodes, complex sites. We also perform project management and technical supervision over work carried out by another contractor.
- Can we commission only an audit or a design, without equipment?
- Yes. Technical audit, expert assessment, design, drafting a technical specification and consulting are standalone services. They create no obligation to buy.
- Is a contract mandatory?
- No. Without a contract we work on call-out. A contract gives you a guaranteed response time and scheduled maintenance at a fixed price.
- Do you travel to the regions?
- Yes, throughout Georgia. Response times in the regions are defined in the contract.
Start with a site audit
After the audit you will know exactly what capacity you need, what condition the existing equipment is in, and what its maintenance costs.
